Role Description

This is a full-time Sr. Accountant, Account Manager position based on-site in Nagpur. The role involves managing financial records, overseeing accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations. Additional responsibilities include budget preparation, account reconciliation, and monitoring financial transactions. The Sr. Accountant, Account Manager will also collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial performance and provide actionable insights to improve operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and account reconciliation
• Experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and tax regulations
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in accounting software and tools, such as ERP systems or QuickBooks
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
