Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative at our Navi Mumbai location. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support through voice, chat, and email communication channels. They will ensure customer satisfaction by delivering a stellar customer experience on a daily basis.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
  • Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with calm and presence of mind
  • Ability to show empathy and emotional support
  • Experience in a customer service role is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  • Should be able to handle social media queries / comments efficiently
