ServiceNow Proposal Writer

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a ServiceNow Proposal Writer to lead the development of high-quality, persuasive proposals in support of ServiceNow implementation and advisory services. This role is responsible for translating technical solutions, delivery approaches, and value propositions into clear, compelling written responses for RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and client proposals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Proposal Development

• Lead end-to-end proposal development for ServiceNow-related RFPs, RFIs, and SOWs
• Draft executive summaries, technical approaches, methodologies, staffing plans, and assumptions
• Clearly articulate business value, outcomes, and ROI

Collaboration & Content Management
