About the Role

We are seeking a Lead / Principal Engineer – Mobile Application Development with deep expertise in native Android and / or iOS app development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality, scalable mobile applications while leading technical discussions and client interactions. This role requires a strong communicator with hands-on coding experience and a passion for creating seamless user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of high-performance native mobile applications (Android / iOS).
• Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements, propose technical solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Mentor and guide development teams through technical challenges and best practices.
• Architect and implement robust, maintainable, and efficient codebases.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends in mobile development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams — UI / UX, backend, and QA — to deliver integrated solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Educational Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree Technology or related field is required.
