Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

To work on AMS and Implementation projects for RCM & RMK modules
Work on job requisition, candidate workflow, interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding integration
Participate data migration, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and post-go-live support
Stay updated with SAP SuccessFactors innovations, releases, and industry trends

Required Technical Competencies

Required Skills & Qualifications :

3 to 5 + years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, with at least 2+ years specializing in Recruiting (RCM & RMK)

Strong understanding of Recruiting Management (RCM), Recruiting Marketing (RMK), Recruiting Posting (RP), and Candidate Relationship Management (CRM)

Experience in integrating Recruiting with Employee Central (EC) and Onboarding (ONB)

Ability to manage risks and troubleshoot issues

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Certification (RCM & RMK) strongly preferred
