Manager Corporate Strategy

Area of Responsibility :

• Create / support creating go to market strategy
• . Provide advisory support to senior management, business leaders & functions.
• Provides analytical support & market insights for long term strategy related decisions, identifying

the gap & providing solution.

• Analysis around new region / value proposition analysis, competition analysis / market analysis.
• Critically analyse business scenarios and create viewpoints to facilitate business decisions.
• Focus on implementation and control as well as strategy development.
• Ensure smooth execution of qualified corporate strategy projects, including scoping discussions

and assigning resources, while juggling between both operational / tactical and strategic activities.

• Perform cost / overhead analysis and identify levers for improvement.
• . Drive project schedule and efficiency analysis across sites
• . Work with internal teams / external consultants on strategic projects
• . Drive creation of SOP documents
• . Compare prices of key materials across Bus, support annual rate contracts. Participate in digital

tech deployment.

• Form and lead ad-hoc cross-functional teams to drive the projects to closure.
