Job description

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented candidates who can perform efficiently without compromising on accuracy. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of operational administration practices and regulations, along with strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

  • Provide cross-functional operational support to various departments and projects as required.
  • Perform additional responsibilities and tasks as delegated.
  • Handle incoming calls and respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
  • Possess a solid understanding of technical systems and devices.
  • Draft, manage, and respond to professional correspondence via email.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Effectively manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Coordinate with vendors, exhibitors, and key stakeholders throughout the event planning process.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Application (BCA) / B. Com or its equivalent
  • Min. 2 years of proven experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data management software.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners
  • Job Type : Full-time (day shift)

    Location :  Chandkheda, Ahmedabad

    Salary : As per Interview Nd As per experience

    Time :  10 AM - 06 PM
