Salary :  ₹20000 per month (in hand)

Benefits :  Provident Fund (PF) and Employees' State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) contributions fully paid by the company.

Work Schedule :  6 days a week (Monday to Saturday), 10 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM shift.

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in Noida. This role focuses on managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in HR operations and documentation, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining accurate employee records. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and interview candidates for various positions across the organization.

Manage job postings on portals, social media, and internal databases.

Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and offer letter preparations.

Handle HR documentation, including employee contracts, leave records, and compliance filings.

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and provide recruitment updates.

Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Ensure adherence to company policies, labor laws, and data privacy regulations.

Assist in employee onboarding and exit processes as needed.

Requirements and Qualifications Minimum 2 years of work experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and documentation.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

Strong knowledge of HR processes, Indian labor laws (e.g., PF, ESIC, Gratuity), and documentation standards.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software / tools (e.g., ATS systems like Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Prior experience in Noida or similar urban settings is a plus.
