Job Title : Technical Support Specialist – EBS R12

Description :

Seeking a skilled technical support professional to provide assistance with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) R12. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in troubleshooting and resolving production issues across multiple modules.

The successful candidate will be proficient in SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports, with expertise in managing issue resolutions and handling custom enhancements independently.

You will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and resolving production issues. Candidates must demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in Order Management (OM) and Inventory (INV) modules during the interview.

Key Responsibilities :

Provide technical support for EBS R12
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Manage issue resolutions and handle custom enhancements

Requirements :

Strong experience in EBS R12 technical support

Proficiency in SQL, PL / SQL, Oracle Forms, and Oracle Reports

Expertise in troubleshooting and resolving production issues

Candidates must demonstrate 3-4 real production ticket resolutions in OM and INV modules
