Job Summary :
- As an Assistant Manager - Accounts, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, maintaining financial records, preparing reports, supporting statutory compliance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our internal finance systems.
- This role is ideal for someone with strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience in QuickBooks Online and related platforms.
Key Responsibilities :
Create and maintain company data in QuickBooks OnlineMaintain vendor, customer, and employee records with accurate financial and contact informationReconcile bank accounts and credit card statements; perform account analysis on assets and liabilitiesCustomize and present MIS and financial reports for internal and external stakeholdersAssist with GST filings and other financial compliance requirementsSupport preparation and coordination of UK and US VAT & Corporate Tax returnsEngage in in-house finance software development on the ODOO platformEnsure timely backups and secure handling of accounting dataIdeal Candidate Profile :
