You’ll work directly with the Founder, solving problems that matter, experimenting with strategies that scale, and creating content that converts.

What You’ll Actually Do (No, Not Admin Work)

• Engineer high-impact outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email—think 50+ new connections a week that open doors.
• Shape Enigma’s voice across Instagram, LinkedIn, X / Twitter, and YouTube; creating scroll-stopping content, short-form videos, and SEO-fueled posts.
• Support growth experiments and marketing funnels with tools like Google Analytics, ChatGPT, and more.
• Assist in recruitment and operations, helping us build the team and the engine at once.
• Shadow and support the Founder across daily strategy, campaign launches, and startup decision-making.
