About the Role
We’re searching for a highly skilled and self-driven Google Ads Expert to join our fast-growing giveaway / sweepstakes brand in a hybrid role . You’ll split your time between in-office collaboration and remote execution, working closely with our creative, strategy, and analytics teams.
Our niche moves fast — promotional packs, final-day pushes, member-only boosts, and high-ticket giveaways. You must be experienced in building and scaling direct-response Google Ads campaigns that deliver profitable results under rapid timelines.

What You’ll Do
Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Search, YouTube, Display, and Performance Max for US giveaway / sweepstakes funnels.Develop paid media strategies that drive purchases, conversions, and high-volume entry pack sales.Manage budgets from $10K to $500K+ monthly , allocating spend dynamically based on daily performance.Conduct advanced keyword research , build custom intent audiences, and optimize targeting for scale.Test multiple creatives, hooks, audience combinations, bidding strategies, and offers to identify winning formulas.Interpret data daily to improve ROAS, CPA, CVR, and scale during urgency-based promotions (countdowns, final hours, bonus packs).Partner in-office with creative teams to develop high-converting ad copy, UGC-style videos, and display assets.Stay up to date on Google Ads policies, algorithm shifts, and emerging trends in the US giveaway space.Provide clear insights, reporting, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.Monitor competitors and evolving trends within the US sweepstakes / digital promotions space.What We’re Looking For
4+ years hands-on Google Ads experience with US-based B2C brands.Direct experience with giveaways, contests, sweepstakes , or fast-moving DTC funnels (strong plus).Proven ability to scale multi-channel Google Ads campaigns profitably across high budgets.Strong portfolio showing ROAS / CPA improvements, high-volume scaling, and optimized funnels.Deep understanding of Smart Bidding , Audience Signals, machine learning behavior, and attribution.Strong skills in GTM, conversion tracking, enhanced conversions, GA4 , and event setup.Ability to work independently and collaborate in-person when needed.Comfortable pivoting strategies quickly during high-pressure promotional windows.Strong analytical and communication skills.Nice to Have
Experience with Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or multi-channel remarketing.Familiarity with attribution platforms (Triple Whale, Hyros, Looker Studio).Experience managing 7-figure monthly budgets.Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).Experience with creative testing frameworks and rapid-iteration workflows.Benefits
