Key Responsibilities :

• Handle recruitment and onboarding of teaching and non-teaching staff
• Maintain employee records attendance and leave management
• Assist in performance evaluations and payroll coordination
• Ensure HR policies and statutory compliances are followed
• Support employee engagement and grievance redressal initiatives
