Principal E-commerce Leader

Required Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience required

Pay-Scale : Starting from 5 LPA (no bar for right candidate)

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement a comprehensive E-commerce strategy aligned with overall business goals.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
• Set sales targets and create plans to achieve and exceed them.
• Monitor website performance and implement improvements as needed.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the e-commerce website.
• Manage product listings, ensuring accurate and compelling product descriptions, images, and pricing.
• Work with the merchandising team to optimize product assortment and inventory levels.
• Implement and maintain effective product categorization and navigation.
• Plan online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotions to drive traffic and conversion.
• Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of marketing efforts and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Utilize analytics tools to track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, average order value, and customer acquisition costs.
• Generate regular reports to provide insights into e-commerce performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure compliance with e-commerce laws and regulations.
• Implement and maintain security measures to protect customer data and payment information.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience :

Proven experience in e-commerce management.

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, and online consumer behavior.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with relevant software and tools like e-commerce platforms, analytics, and CRM systems.

Qualification :

Any Graduate / Post Graduate

MBA / Graduate from a fashion, retail management institute, or relevant field preferred
