About the Role : We are seeking a talented and versatile BA cum Functional Tester to join our team at Talent Worx. In this hybrid role, you will play a crucial part in both business analysis and functional testing. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and ensure the delivery of quality software solutions through effective testing methodologies.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities :

• Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, and analysis.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive functional test cases based on requirements.
• Perform testing activities, including functional, UAT (User Acceptance Testing), and regression testing.
• Identify, record, and manage defects effectively, communicating findings to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with development and testing teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and project timelines.
• Assist in preparing test plans, test scripts, and test data for effective testing processes.
• Support continuous improvement efforts in both business analysis and testing practices.
