We manage everything from product launches and catalog setup to advertising and growth strategy. Our clients span multiple industries, and we pride ourselves on being hands-on, data-driven, and results-focused.

We're looking for a smart, organized, and proactive E-Commerce Associate to join our remote team and support daily marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop.
• Ensure catalog accuracy, resolve listing and category issues, and maintain product variations.
• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to enhance visibility and ranking.
• Assist in inventory tracking, pricing updates, and promotional setup.
• Prepare and maintain reports in Google Sheets; draft client summaries in Google Docs.
• Communicate directly with clients during meetings and provide performance insights.
• Collaborate with creative and advertising teams for listing optimization and campaign support.
• (Preferred) Assist with PPC or TikTok ad performance tracking and keyword optimization.
