Immediate Start! Lead Devops Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to drive the strategy, design, and implementation of our DevOps infrastructure across cloud and on-premises environments. This role requires strong leadership and hands-on expertise in AWS, Azure DevOps, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP), along with deep experience in automation, CI / CD, container orchestration, and system scalability. As a technical leader, you will mentor DevOps engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and establish best practices to ensure reliable, secure, and scalable infrastructure that supports our product lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of scalable and secure infrastructure on cloud and on-premises environments cost effectively
• Implement and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation
• Manage and optimize CI / CD pipelines to accelerate development cycles and ensure seamless deployments.
• Implement robust monitoring solutions to proactively identify and resolve issues. Lead incident response efforts to minimize downtime and impact on clients.
• Develop and implement automation strategies to streamline deployment, monitoring, and maintenance processes.
• Mentor and guide junior / mid-level DevOps engineers, fostering a culture of learning and accountability.
• Collaborate with software developers, quality assurance engineers and IT professionals to guarantee smooth deployment, automation and management of software infrastructure.
• Ensure high standards for security, compliance, and data protection across the infrastructure.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies, assessing their potential impact and recommending adoption where appropriate.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems, processes, and procedures to support knowledge sharing and team efficiency.
