Role Summary : As a CDP Of Multiple Cuisine at Food Whisperer, you’ll lead a specific kitchen section—Indian, Conti, Halwai, Bakery and ensure every dish meets the brand’s high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.
Key Responsibilities
- Section Management : Independently manage Indian, Conti, Halwai, Bakery Cuisine kitchen section with precision and ownership.
- Cooking & Presentation : Prepare dishes per standard recipes; ensure mise en place is ready for smooth service.
- Quality Control : Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation; check freshness and storage.
- Inventory & Waste Management : Monitor stock, report shortages, minimize waste, and ensure proper labeling and storage.
Requirements
5–8 years of professional kitchen experience in Indian, Conti, Halwai, Bakery, Oriental Cuisines OnlyStrong grasp of culinary techniques, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain quality during busy service.Culinary certification preferred but not mandatory.
