If you have worked on hiring for European countries and understand the standards, processes, and expectations of the EU market, we would love to connect with you.

🔹 Position : EU Recruiter

🔹 Location : Hyderabad

🔹 Experience Required : Strong exposure to recruiting for Europe (Germany, Poland, Netherlands, Romania, etc.)

What we are looking for :

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment for EU clients
• Knowledge of EU hiring rules, skill shortage roles & documentation
• Experience with blue-collar / white-collar hiring (any sector welcome)
• Strong sourcing, screening, and coordination skills
• Ability to communicate with international stakeholders
• Understanding of visa flow, relocation, and compliance is an added advantage.
