About the Role :
As a Founder’s Office Intern (Growth and Marketing) , you’ll work directly with the founders and leadership team on high-impact projects that shape the growth trajectory of Eternz. This is a cross-functional, hands-on role that sits at the intersection of marketing, strategy, and execution — giving you a 360° view of how a high-growth startup scales.
You’ll contribute to initiatives across community building, offline marketing, influencer marketing, brand partnerships, growth campaigns, and product marketing . One day you might be brainstorming creative campaigns, the next day analyzing acquisition funnels or helping launch a new category.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Founder’s Office to execute strategic marketing & growth initiatives.
- Support the creation, execution, and optimization of campaigns across performance, brand, and partnership channels.
- Conduct research and competitive analysis to identify trends, audience insights, and new opportunities for growth.
- Assist in building and scaling community-led initiatives — from brand ambassador programs to influencer collaborations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Content, Operations, Tech) to ensure marketing projects are delivered seamlessly.
- Track key metrics, analyze campaign data, and prepare reports & presentations for leadership.
- Manage day-to-day project operations — timelines, deliverables, and dependencies — with high attention to detail.
- Brainstorm and test new marketing experiments to drive engagement, reach, and conversions.
Must-Haves
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.Strong interest in startups, brand strategy, and digital marketing.Exceptional written & verbal communication skills with a flair for storytelling.Analytical mindset — comfortable with data, metrics, and drawing insights from numbers.High ownership attitude — you take initiative and follow through independently.Comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-moving environment.Nice to Have
