SOFTSKILL TRAINER

Job Summary :

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Soft Skills Trainer to prepare students for campus placements and career readiness. The trainer will focus on enhancing communication, interpersonal skills, interview etiquette, resume building, and overall confidence to improve students' employability.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design and deliver training modules on :
• Communication skills (verbal and written)
• Presentation and public speaking
• Group discussion techniques
• Interview skills and mock interviews
• Body language and etiquette
• Time management and goal setting
• Teamwork, leadership, and adaptability
• Customize training content based on student needs and industry expectations.
• Conduct interactive workshops, role-plays, group activities, and one-on-one coaching.
• Collaborate with the placement cell to align training with industry trends and placement requirements.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Organize and facilitate mock placement drives and practice sessions.
• Maintain training records, reports, and evaluation metrics.
