Job Summary : We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead end-to-end project execut ensure timely delivery, and maintain seamless coordination across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to manage multiple projects effectively within deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan, execute, and deliver projects according to defined timelines, scope, and budget.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, deliverables, and success criteria.

Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management frameworks.

Lead cross-functional teams ensuring smooth coordination between departments.

Monitor project performance and prepare regular progress reports for leadership.

Identify potential risks or bottlenecks and proactively develop mitigation strategies.

Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement.

Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and client expectations.

Lead sprint planning to ensure effective execution and delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).

4–6 years of experience in project management, preferably in [specify industry – IT ].

Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, Asana, Trello, MS Project, etc.).

PMP / PRINCE2 certification is an added advantage.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

High sense of ownership and accountability.

Adaptability to changing priorities and dynamic environments.

Effective negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
