Job description
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for pharma tooling customers across India.
Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate tooling solutions.
Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, quality) to ensure timely delivery and service.
Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
Address customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
Travel extensively across India to support customer needs.
Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in pharma tooling, precision engineering, or technical sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel across India.
Knowledge of tablet tooling (punches & dies) is a strong advantage
