Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for pharma tooling customers across India.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate tooling solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (design, production, quality) to ensure timely delivery and service.
  • Conduct technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
  • Address customer complaints, troubleshoot issues, and ensure prompt resolution.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.
  • Travel extensively across India to support customer needs.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in pharma tooling, precision engineering, or technical sales.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to travel across India.
  • Knowledge of tablet tooling (punches & dies) is a strong advantage
