Role Overview :

As an SDR, you'll be the initial point of contact for potential clients—energizing our sales pipeline

by initiating conversations, showcasing the value of Engati, and setting up qualified meetings for

our Account Executives. You’ll play a foundational role in driving customer acquisition and

revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prospect and identify potential clients across channels such as email, LinkedIn, and inbound web leads.
• Qualify leads and manage outreach cadence using cold emails, calls, and social messaging.
• Schedule meetings and demo appointments for Account Executives.
• Conduct research to understand a prospect’s industry, challenges, and objectives.
• Track activities, inspect pipeline health, and update records in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly / quarterly lead generation targets.
• Collaborate with marketing to fine-tune messaging and outreach strategies.
• Analyze pipeline performance metrics and suggest improvements to outreach strategies and qualification criteria.
• Support inbound lead handling, fielding preliminary inquiries and guiding prospects through initial qualification.
• Participate in industry events and webinars—represent Engati, generate leads, and strengthen brand presence.
