General Manager – Quality Assurance / Control & Technical

Location : Silvassa, Gujarat

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance & Compliance :

• Drive operational excellence and enhance customer satisfaction while achieving cost reductions.
• Manage plant assessments, audits, and regulatory approvals (BIS certification, customer approvals, etc.).
• Address customer complaints by providing technical support and root cause analysis (RCA) .
• Develop and implement robust Quality Control strategies for all product lines.
• Conduct supplier audits, quality assessments, and ensure 100% First-Time-Right (FTR) raw materials .
• Lead initiatives for process optimization and defect reduction .
• Oversee customer complaint resolution using CAPA, RCA, and 8D problem-solving methodologies .
• Analyze process quality reports , identify trends, and drive corrective actions to achieve zero deviations and scrap reduction .
• Manage and mentor a team of QC engineers and technicians , ensuring ongoing training and skill development.
• Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams in customer interactions and product presentations.
