Expert tax advisors are needed for complex Canadian business restructuring, amalgamations, succession planning, and GST services. The role involves providing tailored solutions to clients in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide expert guidance on Canadian Corporate Restructuring with a focus on Amalgamations and Succession Planning.
- Assist clients in optimizing their tax strategies, ensuring compliance with Canadian tax laws and regulations.
- Manage Canada GST Services, including registration, filing, and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive tax and accounting solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
4+ years experience in client-facing tax / accounting role with Canadian tax focus.Strong knowledge and experience in Canadian Corporate Restructuring, Amalgamations, and Succession Planning.Expertise in Canada GST Services, including compliance and advisory.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Experience working in remote or hybrid environments a plus.
