What you’ll do :
Own the content calendar across Instagram, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn; plan weekly themes, shoots, captions, hooks, and CTAs.
Produce and publish high-quality reels, carousels, and stories ; coordinate shoots (models, locations, props), and manage edits.
Lead community & creator programs : reply to DMs / comments, seed UGC, manage micro-influencers, track deliverables.
Run social launches for new colours / drops; craft countdowns, teasers, reveal assets, and post-launch recaps.
Track metrics (reach, saves, ER, CTR, sessions) and iterate; present weekly dashboards & insights.
Partner with performance marketing for ad-ready creatives and with the website team for on-site banners / UX.
Guard brand voice : minimalist, proof-led, transparent, no fluff.
Must-haves :
0-3 years in social for a D2C / fashion / consumer brand.
A strong portfolio : 5+ reels, 3+ carousels, at least 1 campaign case study with numbers.
Hands-on with mobile video, CapCut / Premiere, Lightroom / Photoshop, and scheduling tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, etc.).
Comfort with analytics and A / B testing; basic understanding of paid social.
Excellent written English; bonus if you can write simple, clear Hindi / Gujarati.
Nice-to-have :
Experience with product flat-lays, studio lighting, and on-model shoots.
UGC / influencer management and contract basics.
Shopify basics for swapping banners / creative.
Role details :
Type : Full-time, on-site (Ahmedabad) with frequent shoots.
Compensation : ₹3-5 LPA + performance bonus
