Job Summary :

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 days

Mandatory skills : Data Analysis, Sql, Python, GCP, Power BI / Tableau

Work Mode : Hybrid (3 Days - Work from Office)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our team. This role involves collecting, cleaning, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to derive actionable insights that support strategic business decisions. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, critical thinking abilities, and the capability to communicate complex data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
  • Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable business insights.
  • Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using data visualization tools.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
  • Perform exploratory and statistical analysis to support strategic planning and business performance measurement.
  • Document data sources, processes, methodologies, and definitions to ensure transparency and consistency.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including IT, product, operations, and management, to drive data initiatives.
  • Monitor and enhance data quality by identifying issues and recommending process improvements.
  • Prototype and experiment with analytical solutions using cloud-based tools, especially on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) .

Primary Skills

  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and manipulation.
  • Advanced knowledge of Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation.
  • Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Power BI , Tableau , or Looker .
  • In-depth understanding of statistical methods , hypothesis testing, and data modeling techniques.
  • Experience working with large datasets and modern data pipelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Secondary Skills

  • Hands-on experience with GCP tools and services , such as BigQuery, Dataflow, or Cloud Functions.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git .
  • Working knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
  • Exposure to machine learning or predictive modeling techniques is a plus.
  • Experience working in cross-functional or agile teams.
  • Good to Have Skills

  • Background or experience in the healthcare domain or health data analytics.
  • Knowledge of data governance , data privacy , and compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in other languages or tools like R , Excel , or Jupyter Notebooks .
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines and automated reporting .
  • Ability to mentor junior analysts or contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science , Statistics , Mathematics , Engineering , or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
