Description
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in a similar role and will be responsible for assisting the Store Manager in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated individual with strong leadership skills and a passion for customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the store
- Ensure that the store is fully stocked and that products are displayed correctly
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that customers are satisfied with their shopping experience
- Train and develop staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable about the products and services offered by the store
- Assist the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure that the store is clean and well-maintained at all times
- Handle customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist in conducting regular inventory checks and ensuring that all products are accounted for
- Monitor and maintain the security of the store and its assets
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager
