Key responsibilities :
The Facility Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall condition, cleanliness, and functionality of a group of villas and common areas. The role involves coordinating maintenance and housekeeping operations, supervising on-site teams, and ensuring that external vendors deliver timely and quality work. The Facility Manager conducts regular inspections, maintain maintenance and housekeeping records, and ensures all properties are guest-ready at all times. The position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple service providers and priorities efficiently.
Salary Range : INR 25000 to INR 30000
