Web Developer & Automation Executive (On-Site, Guwahati)

We are looking for smart, multi-skilled individuals who can manage and enhance our digital platforms, from website updates to automation integrations. This is not a typical hardcore developer role, but one that demands curiosity, problem-solving, and hands-on execution.

What You Will Do :

  • Build and maintain landing pages and microsites using platforms like Wix, Wordpress, or other no-code / low-code tools.
  • Understand and work with front-end basics — HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Implement and manage automations using tools like N8N,Make, Zapier, or similar platforms.
  • Integrate and troubleshoot API & Webhook connections for different business functions.
  • Assist in developing and managing chatbots, voice-calling agents, and customer automation flows.
  • Perform code debugging, error checks, and QA (Quality Assurance) for web and app modules.
  • Collaborate on building lightweight web apps using emerging tools such as Emergent or Loveable.
  • Conduct quality analysis and testing for our iOS and Android mobile applications.
  • Manage day-to-day website monitoring, ensuring performance, uptime, and content accuracy.

Who You Are :

  • You have 3–4 years of hands-on experience in web development or related fields.
  • You have basic coding knowledge and an understanding of front-end technologies.
  • You enjoy solving technical problems, exploring automation tools, and improving workflows.
  • You are comfortable with APIs, webhooks, JSON and low-code platforms.
  • You are detail-oriented and capable of testing and debugging with accuracy.
  • You are based in or willing to relocate to Guwahati.
