Associate Head - Finance - US GAAP the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented finance professional to oversee the accounting and financial operations of our US subsidiary. The role requires expertise in US GAAP, statutory compliance in both India and the US, MIS reporting, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate will act as a key bridge between the US and India finance teams to ensure seamless operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations of the US entity including ledger management, reconciliations, and transaction reviews.
• Manage the finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP.
• Prepare and present accurate Monthly MIS reports with actionable insights for senior management.
• Develop, monitor, and control budgets, perform cost and variance analysis, and support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure timely compliance with US statutory and regulatory requirements including tax filings, annual reports, and other local laws.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors for statutory audits and support group-level consolidation.
• Collaborate with the India finance team to ensure compliance with RBI guidelines and international regulatory requirements.
• Act as the liaison between US and India finance functions to streamline processes, ensure reporting accuracy, and maintain financial consistency.
