Job Description : Delivery Partner - Application Development & Support (Hospitality domain background)
Experience : 20 - 26 years
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Partner to lead and manage application development, support, and maintenance initiatives within the hospitality domain. This role combines technical leadership with client-facing delivery responsibilities, requiring deep expertise in both software development lifecycle management and hospitality industry operations.
Key Responsibilities :
Project Delivery & Management :
- Lead end-to-end delivery of application development projects for hospitality clients, ensuring timely and quality deliverables
- Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation while maintaining client satisfaction
- Coordinate with cross SSL teams including developers, QA engineers, business analysts, and infrastructure teams.
- Implement best practices for efficient project execution. Provide regular project status updates and risk assessments to stakeholders
Application Development Leadership :
Oversee the design and development of custom applications tailored to hospitality business requirementsGuide technical architecture decisions and ensure scalable, maintainable solutionsReview code quality, development standards, and technical documentationMentor development teams and promote knowledge sharing across projectsDrive adoption of modern development frameworks, tools, and methodologiesApplication Support & MaintenanceEstablish and manage comprehensive support processes for production applicationsLead incident response and problem resolution activities, ensuring minimal business impactImplement preventive maintenance strategies and performance optimization initiativesCoordinate with vendors and third-party service providers for integrated solutionsDevelop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) and operational proceduresHospitality Domain ExpertiseLeverage deep understanding of hospitality operations including property management systems (PMS), point-of-sale (POS), customer relationship management (CRM), and booking enginesTranslate business requirements into technical solutions that address industry-specific challengesStay current with hospitality technology trends, regulatory requirements, and industry standardsCollaborate with hotel operations, revenue management, and guest services teams to optimize system functionalityClient Relationship Management :
Serve as primary technical point of contact for hospitality clientsConduct requirement gathering sessions and solution presentationsBuild long-term partnerships through exceptional service delivery and domain expertiseIdentify opportunities for additional services and system enhancementsRequired Qualifications & Experience :
10+ years of experience in application development with proven track record of successful project deliveries10+ years of hands-on experience in application support and maintenance8+ years of domain experience in hospitality industry, preferably with hotel management systemsExperience managing teams of 150-200 professionalsTechnical Skills :
Proficiency in modern programming languagesExperience with web technologies, databases, and cloud platformsKnowledge of hospitality-specific systems such as Opera PMS, Micros POS, or similar platformsKnowledge of revenue management, distribution systems, and guest experience technologiesUnderstanding of API integration, middleware, and enterprise application architectureFamiliarity with DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelinesSoft Skills :
