LearningBIX is an innovative Ed-Tech company driving experiential learning through Robotics, AI, IoT, and STEM-based programs . We collaborate with schools, NGOs, and CSR partners to establish STEM Labs, AI Labs, and Experiential Learning setups across India, aligned with NEP 2020 and SDG 4 .

We are looking for a result-oriented and passionate Business Development Manager / Area & Regional Sales Manager who has prior experience in Ed-Tech or startup ecosystems and can lead business expansion through school partnerships, CSR collaborations, and channel growth.

Role Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving revenue growth in assigned territories. The role demands a mix of strategic thinking, field sales experience, and relationship management in the education technology or STEM education domain.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in assigned regions.
  • Generate leads and build strong relationships with schools, NGOs, corporate CSR teams, and government departments .
  • Present LearningBIX's STEM / AI / Robotics Lab solutions, products, and programs to decision-makers and stakeholders.
  • Manage the complete B2B sales cycle — from prospecting, pitching, and proposal creation to closure.
  • Identify and onboard channel partners, distributors, and institutional clients .
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Academic, Product, and Operations) to ensure client satisfaction and timely project execution.
  • Participate in educational events, exhibitions, and webinars to promote LearningBIX offerings.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and reporting system , ensuring regular updates to management.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities.

Location : Jaipur, Rajasthan (Pan India Travel as Required)

Experience Required : 3–7 Years (Preferably in Ed-Tech Companies / Startups)

Employment Type : Full-Time

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–7 years of proven experience in B2B / Institutional Sales , preferably within Ed-Tech or STEM-focused organizations .
  • Strong understanding of school partnerships and educational product sales .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in handling regional sales operations or multi-city business expansion .
  • Ability to meet revenue targets and manage sales teams effectively.
  • Proficiency in GeM Portal, MS Office, and digital presentation platforms.
  • Willingness to travel frequently (Pan India).
