Job description

Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Now Technical Consultant to join our team. This is an architect-level role with strong hands-on capabilities in workflow development across a broad range of Service Now modules. The ideal candidate will have deep technical knowledge and implementation experience in enterprise-grade Service Now solutions, covering App Engine, ITSM Pro (including Generative AI), HRSD Pro, Integration Hub, ITAM, and ITOM.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design and development of Service Now workflows, applications, and integrations aligned with business requirements.
  • Architect and implement solutions leveraging :
  • App Engine Enterprise
  • ITSM / CMDB, including ITSM Pro and ITSM Pro Plus with Generative AI capabilities
  • Self-Service modules, including HRSD Pro and Workplace Service Delivery Pro (letters, talent profiles, policies, requests, and desk booking).
  • Integration Hub Starter for building and managing integrations with third-party systems.
  • IT Asset Management (ITAM,) including SAM Pro and HAM Pro.
  • IT Operations Management (ITOM) for discovery, event management, and operational intelligence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Service Now solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and consultants.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and governance frameworks in all Service Now configurations and customizations.

Required Qualifications :

  • 8+ years of experience in Service Now platform development and architecture.
  • Proven hands-on expertise with the following Service Now modules : App Engine Enterprise, ITSM Pro / Plus, HRSD Pro, WSD Pro, Integration Hub Starter, SAM Pro, HAM Pro, and ITOM.
  • Strong understanding of CMDB, service catalog, and knowledge management.
  • Experience with Service Now’s Generative AI features is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in Java Script, Glide API, and Flow Designer.
  • Service Now Certified Implementation Specialist certifications in relevant modules preferred.
  • Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Preferred Certifications :

  • Certified Service Now System Administrator
  • Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, ITAM
  • App Engine Developer or Architect certification
  • Service Now Certified Technical Architect (CTA) is a plus
