Generative AI Engineer

Job Role : Generative AI Engineer

Experience : 6 to 8 Years

Location : Bangalore & Gurgaon

Notice Period : Candidates must be available to join within 15 days

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, fine-tune, and optimize LLMs for production and research use.
• Architect scalable ML infrastructure for training, inference, and deployment.
• Build evaluation pipelines and perform A / B testing for AI models.
• Apply fine-tuning techniques (LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, Full FT) to enhance models.
• Optimize model latency and performance using quantization, pruning, and distillation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop AI-driven solutions.
• Contribute to open-source projects and support research publications.
