Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, configuration, and management of Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules, including contract templates, workflows, and integrations.
  • Manage service and supplier contract agreements with expertise in configurable service packages, contract renewals, flexible billing models, and entitlement processing.
  • Execute end-to-end Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management implementations (minimum 2 full cycles), ensuring alignment with business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules where applicable.
  • Support PaaS and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) environments, facilitating seamless integrations and data flows.
  • Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreement (SLA) frameworks and governance policies.
  • Provide operational support including participation in rotational shifts and weekend on-call duties to maintain system stability and issue resolution.
  • Engage effectively with stakeholders across business and technical teams, delivering clear communication and documentation.
  • Analyze complex problems and provide innovative solutions to optimize contract management processes.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • 810 years of functional experience with Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules.
  • Proven expertise in managing complex service and supplier contracts, including renewals, billing flexibility, and entitlement processing.
  • Minimum of 2 end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Service Contract Management modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Project Costing, Project Contracts, and Project Billing modules.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS environments.
  • Knowledge of SLA frameworks and ability to ensure business compliance.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work in rotational shifts and provide weekend on-call support.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications related to Service Contract Management or Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
