Job descriptionMinimum 10 yrs of IT experience, with at least 5 yrs on hands-on GRC experience. Certification : CIS – GRC(IRM) mandatory CTA is a plus String understanding of governance, risk management, compliance, and audit processes. Proven experience in integrating ServiceNow GRC with third party systems Deep knowledge of ServiceNow platform architecture, data models, and APIs. Experience leading and mentoring ServiceNow development teams Ability to balance strategic architecture planning with hands-on technical involvement Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, SOX, GDPR and other compliance frameworks.
Responsibilities :
- Design end to end architecture for Servicenow GRC solutions including Policy & Compliance, Risk, Audit, and Vendor Risk Management
- Define and implement GRC strategies, frameworks, and best practices.
- Lead GRC solution design workshops with business and technical stakeholders
- Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable GRC configurations
- Lead and mentor ServiceNow developers, providing technical direction and ensuring adherence to architectural standards
- Collaborate closely with developers to review code, configurations, and scripts for quality and compliance
- Ensure seamless integration of GRC with other ServiceNow modules and external systems
- Oversee configuration, customization, and scripting of GRC applications
- Define data models, workflows, and risk scoring methodologies
- Ensure GRC architecture aligns with enterprise security and compliance standards
- Support platform upgrades, patches, and solution optimization
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure adherence to design principles
- Engage in proof of concept and prototype development for GRC enhancements.
