About the Role

We are looking for an Associate – Investor Relations (Buy Side) to focus on building strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and institutional investors interested in liquidation of their private investments. The role is client-facing and revenue-oriented, requiring a deep understanding of the private markets and a consultative approach to investor engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition & Onboarding – Identify and onboard new investors (HNIs, UHNIs, family offices, wealth managers, and institutions) interested in liquidation of their private investments
Relationship Management – Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to stay top-of-mind for any future liquidity events or investment needs.
Market Intelligence – Stay updated on liquidity events.
Liquidity Point-of-Contact – Position Precize as the go-to platform when clients wish to liquidate their holdings in pre-IPO / unlisted companies.
Collaborating with Stakeholders – Collaborate with wealth managers, RMs and financial advisors to expand investor coverage and strengthen referral pipelines.
Reporting – Maintain detailed client records, engagement notes and deal tracking to ensure consistent follow-ups and conversions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business or related field. (MBA / CFA is a plus but not mandatory.)

1–3 years of experience in private wealth, financial sales, broking, investment distribution or investor relations.

Strong understanding of unlisted equity markets, investor psychology and compliance (SEBI, NSDL / CDSL).

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a relationship-first mindset.

Demonstrated ability to independently close deals and nurture long-term investor relationships.

Proactive, target-driven, and deeply client-centric in approach.
