We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join The Global Asset Management team

Principal Responsibilities

The incumbent will be operating as a team member in the Investment Administration cell in AMC Operations. This function is expected to own and administer the following activities:

• Preparation of Opening Cash flow and Monitoring Intra-day cash flow with T+0 trade and inflow/outflow during day.
• Fund Transfer Instruction to Bank.
• Reconciliation of Bank Investment account.
• Checking / Confirming of all debt / equity trades with Counter-parties / brokers
• Sending Settlement instructions to Custodians
• Maintaining necessary records of investment / reconciling with Custodian and Global Systems periodically
• Monitoring Custodial activities as per SLA's and performing necessary reporting
• Monitoring the settlement of trades in foreign securities
• Tracking the foreign currency and cross currency forward trades and correlating the same with their corresponding security trades
• Valuation of foreign security and currency trades.
  
  

Role Requirements / Education Qualifications / Certifications / Experience

Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce / Management Studies / / C.S. / ICWA or C.A. (Inter) / C.S. (Inter)/ ICWA (Inter)

5 Years Of Mutual Fund Operation Experience Required.
