Urban Infrastructure Planning Lead

We’re transforming communities through innovative and sustainable urban development. As Deputy Team Leader – Urban Planner / Designer , you will play a key role in shaping large-scale urban infrastructure projects, ensuring they align with client vision and global sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

• Client-Focused Delivery : Act as a trusted advisor to the client, ensuring all planning and design solutions reflect their vision, objectives, and expectations.
• Lead Planning & Execution : Oversee planning and execution of new town development and urban infrastructure projects.
• Master Plan Implementation : Collaborate with planning specialists to validate and translate the Master Plan into actionable projects.
• Project Strategy : Define implementation strategies, project packaging, and sequencing to meet project objectives.
• Team Coordination : Work with implementation teams to ensure timely and efficient execution.
• Financial Alignment : Partner with Finance to ensure project sequencing aligns with funding plans.
• Stakeholder Engagement : Represent the project in stakeholder meetings and maintain strong client relationships.
• Education :

Master’s degree in urban planning or urban design.
