Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced PMO professional to support and drive project execution within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project governance, planning, reporting, and coordination to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee project management processes, ensuring adherence to organizational standards and healthcare compliance requirements.
• Assist in project planning, including defining scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables.
• Track and monitor project progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain dashboards, reports, and documentation for stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Support budget tracking, resource allocation, and financial management of projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve project efficiency.
• Facilitate status meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and ensure follow-ups on action items.
• Drive process improvements within the PMO function for scalability and effectiveness.
