Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in tech hiring. The ideal candidate understands how to identify, engage, and recruit top engineering talent in a fast-paced startup environment. Experience in Web3 or blockchain hiring will be an advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment for technical and product roles including blockchain, backend, and full-stack engineers.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support business growth.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define and execute hiring strategies.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including social platforms, tech communities, and referrals.
  • Manage onboarding, employee engagement, and performance review processes.
  • Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and compliance activities.
  • Develop and implement HR policies, culture initiatives, and retention programs.
  • Track hiring metrics, maintain HR records, and prepare periodic reports.

Requirements :

  • Minimum 5 years of HR or recruitment experience with at least 3 years focused on tech hiring.
  • Proven experience working in startup or fast-growing environments.
  • Strong understanding of technical roles and startup dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Interest in blockchain, Web3, or emerging technologies.

  • Prior experience hiring for blockchain or crypto startups.
  • Exposure to remote and global recruitment.
  • Established network within tech or crypto circles.
