• 8+ years of experience mostly inmobiletechnology
• Hands-on in developing AndroidMobileApps (preferably with experience in eCommerce App development, Kotlin & React Native)
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect Android applications to back-end services
• Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of the open-source Android ecosystem and the libraries available for common tasks
• Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git
• Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines
• Familiarity with OOP design principles
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop functional mobile applications, while working in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrable portfolio of released applications on the Play Store
• Review code and ensure adherence to industry best practices
