Team Description
Our team is looking for a Principal Business Operations & Planning who will report to a leader in our Sabre office. This role will collaborate across multiple functions, including Sabre business units, Sabre Finance and People Team to solve challenges internally and implement goal-oriented strategies.
Role And Responsibilities
- Performs analysis and reporting on Sabre workforce and provides financial oversight
- Drives complex financial analysis functions such as budget, forecast and workforce planning
- Partner with Sabre Finance and People Team on workforce planning and associated financial plans, forecasts, and multiyear outlooks
- Support Global Operations team in total cost of workforce financial analysis
- Develop and automate financial reporting and workforce metrics
- Analyze workforce data for actionable information and communicate to leadership
- Collaborate across multiple functions to develop business cases
- Coordinate and complete special projects
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experienceDegree in relevant fieldStrong analytical and critical thinking skills including data manipulation and modelingExcellent financial and business acumenCurious mindset and self-starter; ability to interpret data and communicate message clearly and conciselyExcellent communication and people skills with an ability to work across an organization, developing key relationshipsImpeccable oral and written communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlinesStrategic thinking to anticipate potential issues and suggest creative alternatives to overcome barriersProficient in Microsoft Office products with advanced PowerPoint and Excel expertise; Workday and other third-party tools preferredSalesforce Knowledge is requiredSkills Required
