Role :

We are looking for a Senior Wealth Manager to lead and grow our high-value client portfolio. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial advisory, PMS (Portfolio Management Services) , and AUM growth , combined with a strong relationship management background.

You will act as a trusted financial advisor to HNIs and Ultra HNIs, offering goal-based, compliant, and high-quality wealth management solutions. This role demands strategic thinking, deep product knowledge, and the ability to deliver both advisory excellence and business growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and grow a book of HNI / Ultra HNI clients, with a strong focus on AUM expansion and retention.
• Offer comprehensive financial planning and investment advisory across asset classes — PMS, mutual funds, alternate investments, structured products, insurance, and fixed-income instruments.
• Maintain regular client interactions for portfolio reviews, asset allocation strategy, and performance updates.
• Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities aligned with client goals and risk appetite.
• Partner with internal research, operations, and compliance teams to deliver seamless and compliant service.
• Stay updated on market trends, SEBI guidelines, PMS regulations, and macro-economic movements.
• Lead by example in maintaining client ethics, transparency, and confidentiality.
• Contribute to business development through client acquisition, networking events, and relationship referrals.
