Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

• Establish and maintain positive, supportive relationships with students, providing both academic and personal guidance.
• Monitor academic performance, identify areas for improvement, and plan targeted interventions.
• Communicate regularly and professionally with parents / guardians regarding student progress.
• Maintain accurate student data using educational software and MIS systems.
• Coordinate with teachers and counselors to develop individualized academic plans.
