CTC : ₹5 – 6.5 LPA

Are you a design storyteller who blends creativity with strategy? We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead the visual identity of our brand across digital and offline platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a strong aesthetic sense, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to translate ideas into impactful designs that drive brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and execute high-impact designs for campaigns, social media, website, print, packaging, and presentations.
  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Lead creative thinking for campaigns - from moodboarding to final execution.
  • Manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work on tight timelines.
  • Guide and mentor junior designers when required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital campaigns, and creative strategy.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects or Premiere Pro).
  • Deep understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
  • Ability to balance creative vision with business objectives.
  • Prior experience with lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brands is a plus.
  • Motion design or video editing skills will be an added advantage.
