The role is for a Business Office Manager who will handle the financial and administrative operations of the hospital's business office — mainly focusing on billing, insurance, accounts receivable (AR) , and related functions.

- Experience :
- The candidate should have 10–12 years of total experience , preferably in a hospital or healthcare financial setting .
- Education :
- Must be a Postgraduate (MBA, MHA, M.Com, or equivalent).
- Insurance & Tariffs Management :
- Should have hands-on experience in negotiating and managing insurance tariffs , understanding packages and claim settlements , and maintaining compliance with insurance partners and TPAs.
- Accounts Receivable (AR) :
- Proficient in tracking outstanding payments , analyzing collections , reducing receivables , and ensuring timely follow-ups with insurance companies and corporates.
- Team Management :
- Should have managed a team of 30 or more staff , including billing executives, cashiers, TPA coordinators, and AR officers.
- Digital Skills :
- Comfortable with hospital billing software, AR dashboards, Excel analytics, and reporting tools used for revenue tracking and performance monitoring.
- Communication :
- Must be able to draft professional business letters, emails, and reports — especially for corporate and insurance communications.
