Delivery Tech Lead - Python

Responsibilities :

• Lead the AIPS East team to operational excellence by managing daily operations, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely delivery across AI infrastructure and application pillars.
• Support Generative AI adoption in healthcare by providing technical assistance to Discovery and Enablement teams, enabling rapid solution development.
• Define and communicate AI product vision and roadmaps aligned with business goals, collaborating with stakeholders to ensure high-impact development.
• Mentor junior team members, fostering a learning-oriented, collaborative, and high-performance culture within the AI team.
• Ensure seamless integration of AI solutions into enterprise systems, coordinating with technical leads and business stakeholders.
• Actively participate in planning and executing AI-powered applications, ensuring quality, budget adherence, and timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks, address project roadblocks, and ensure projects deliver expected business outcomes.
